We’re pleased to let you know that we’re in the process of rolling out this week’s RMM update to all territories. The release includes a new Windows RC Agent (v10.9.9), performance updates and bug fixes, an update for Patch Management, and an improvement to the Performance Monitoring Check for servers.
Patch Management Update
We’ve updated the workflow link on the Patch Management tab in the south pane so that going forward it takes you straight to the ‘Management Workflow’ option, instead of the legacy ‘Approval Policy’ dialog.
Here are a couple of screenshots that show you the enhancement:

- When you click the ‘Management Workflow’ button, it jumps you straight to the Management Workflow dialog with the patches already pre-selected:
This update is one of several improvements to the ‘Management Workflow’ dialog. Once complete, we plan to retire the old ‘Approval Policy’ dialog.
Improved Default Thresholds for Performance Monitoring Checks
Based on customer feedback, we’re pleased to release an update to the default thresholds of the performance monitoring check, so that the out-of-the-box settings make more sense and are less prone to failing the check unnecessarily. Note that this update only applies to newly installed checks going forward, it will not affect the current thresholds of existing checks.
For specific details of the old and new thresholds, please see the release notes section below. This update will be rolled out gradually to each of the RMM territories over the coming days.
Windows RC Agent 10.9.9
This week’s release also includes a new Windows RC Agent with updates to Patch Management, updated Kaspersky support in the Antivirus Update Check, and a TeamViewer agent update, after TeamViewer released a security patch that was applied retroactively to existing agents – please see release notes below for details.
