We’ve updated some of our exports:
- ‘Created by’, Contact Name, Title and Email columns were added to Ticket List and Ticket Report exports
- A ‘raw’ export is now available for the helpdesk ticket list, time entries and invoices which excludes the currency symbol from the amounts, allowing better import into non-integrated accounting systems
Today’s update addresses the below issues:
- Ticket details date incorrect, causing sorting issues
- AU locale billed tickets report date not following AU date format
- Xero integration default mappings fields not populating
- Appointment summary is incorrect if assigning appointment to a specific user after creation
- Workspaces ticket search field changes typed search to [object object]
