MSP Manager Update: During our 9/27/2018 update, we did not release any new feature functionality.
We have fixed the following bugs:
- Frequent logins
- Inability to make appointments for equivalent of 12:00 am UTC
- Customer is marked as non-taxable but tickets are still being taxed
**Note** We initially posted that the following issue was resolved. This was a mistake, this fix was not ready or deployed during this update.
- Inability to import tickets from Service Desk when Staff Agents, Assets or Contacts were deleted
