We’re pleased to share the latest set of updates for SolarWinds Mail Assure including “Edit multiple mailboxes at once” feature.

What’s new this week:

Edit multiple mailboxes at once

You’re now able to manage the settings for multiple mailboxes at once. To do this, simply head to the ‘Mailboxes overview’ page, and go to the ‘Mailboxes’ tab. Find the mailboxes that you want to edit, select them, and then choose ‘Edit’ from the normal action menu. You’ll see the same ‘Edit’ dialog as if you were editing a single mailbox, but any changes you make will apply to all of the mailboxes that you have selected.

For example, if you have changed filtering to be disabled by default, and would like to enable filtering for 5 specific mailboxes, then rather than finding the first, editing it, finding the second, editing it, etc, you can just select all five, and edit them all in a single action.
