We’re pleased to let you know this week’s SolarWinds RMM release includes an update to the Windows GA Agent, as well as a set of customer support bug fixes with improvements to our PSA integration, and improved processing of outage alerts for cleared checks.

The release is live in the first set of territories in the Asia Pacific region and in selected European territories. Customers in the rest of Europe and in North and South America will receive the update in the next few days.

BUGFIX: Ensure the Dashboard footer image loads correctly

BUGFIX: Resolve issue with alerts being sent erroneously for checks cleared until a future date or until the next time the check passes
BUGFIX: Ensure an outage is correctly closed when a check passes and does not send erroneous alerts
BUGFIX: Correct PSA integration issue affecting connections to RMM outages, in turn causing issues with creating PSA tickets
BUGFIX: Resolve Connectwise Manage PSA integration issue to ensure tickets are created against the correct contact

Agent 10.7.6 GA
Windows Agent 10.7.6 includes all the updates since the current production Agent v10.7.5:

Windows RC Agent v10.7.6
BUGFIX: Correct Backup & Recovery version issue to prevent the RMM agent from trying to install Backup v17.9 on devices running v18.2 or higher

Mac Agent 2.3.2 (GA):
BUGFIX: Resolved an issue installing MSP Anywhere Take Control (no Agent update required)

* Dashboard v6.53.3 was released containing backend system updates, no customer facing release notes for this update.
