- Changes to the back-end infrastructure have been introduced to help resolve reports of slow performance or errors resulting from API timeouts.
- An issue where the SLA calculations for N-central generated tickets could be incorrect has been resolved.
- A problem that resulted in “The email address is already in use” when trying to edit a contact has been resolved.
