We’re pleased to confirm that the first SolarWinds RMM release of the new year is now available to customers in all territories. This week’s update is fully focused on customer support priorities, including updates to the bulk Automated Task actions in the dashboard’s north pane and client tree.
We’re also happy to highlight that just before the Christmas break we increased the number of file types supported by Backup & Recovery “Documents”, the newly introduced automatic backup solution for workstations. The service now covers 49 file types, including Microsoft Open XML files, Office template files and various spreadsheet extensions – click here for the full list.
