Coming soon to MSP RMM: Patch Management Improvements

We’ve been working hard to make Patch Management more robust and we’re very pleased to line up out next set of enhancements which we plan to publish over the coming week. The upgrades will be pushed out automatically to all agents v9.13.8 and later. No user interaction is required for this.

Here are the planned improvements:

  • Improvements to the accuracy of the  Patch Management scan results on Windows 10 environments
  • We’re putting in better handling so that the Patch Management service can shutdown cleanly during the application of service and definition updates.
