We’re planning to perform systems maintenance to MAX Remote Management on Saturday, 17th September. As is our normal practice, the work will be performed out of office hours for each region. The maintenance schedule is as follows:
- UK & Europe – 9:00pm to 1:00am BST
- North & South America – 2:00am to 6:00am EDT
- Hong Kong & Asia Pacific – 9:00pm to 1:00am AEST
We’ll be performing database maintenance during this time. We expect a short downtime of no more than 15 minutes per territory, during which the MAX RM Dashboard won’t be available.
Services on end-point devices, including Managed Antivirus, Patch Management, Managed Online Backup and Web Protection, are not affected and will continue to perform as normal during these periods.
