MAX RM: Intermittent Access to RM Dashboard

MAX Remote Management users might experience intermittent or unavailable access to the RM dashboard due to a network outage in a Rackspace datacenter.  This outage should not impact the agent from running checks. Users can try logging into the US dashboard with the following URL:  https://dashboard.systemmonitor.us/default.php
