We’re pleased to announce the release of the MAX Service Desk app for Android.
The app is now available to download from Google Play
New features include:
- Scheduling of field site visits with GPS coordination, mileage and time tracking capabilities
- Optionally enable location tracking for use in the web app
- Create, search, sort, filter and update tickets
- Obtain a digital signature from customers using the app
- View customer information, contacts and related tickets
- Relevant customer insights while on site with LogicCards
- Stars to indicate a Staff Agent’s important Site Visits, Tickets and Customers
- Responses now include ticket history
- Lookup Customer Contacts and Sites for Site Visit location
- Manage ticket tasks
