This is a courtesy note to inform you that we will be performing systems maintenance on the Dashboard Servers in the Germany data center in the evening of Thursday 23rd July. We do not expect any customer impact and the MAX RM Dashboard will be available as normal during this period.
In the unlikely event that you do experience an issue accessing the Dashboard, please ensure that the following IP addresses are whitelisted on your firewall for outbound HTTP and HTTPS traffic: 83.169.48.38 and 83.169.48.40
Please note that the maintenance work does not impact Agent uploads or performance.
