More DDOS Issues Across Internet

9:30 AM Pacific — Parts of the Internet are being affected today with another distributed denial of service attack, this one apparently targeting Bitcoin, according to early reports.  We are seeing some intermittent latency and packet loss in the California and Texas data centers as a result. As with the DDOS against Cloudflare earlier this week, the attack is affecting multiple backbone providers in multiple regions of the world.  Although our internal tests are not picking up any significant impact on message processing, some routes across the Internet are likely affected by the DDOS.
