Common Audit Log (Public Preview)
We’re pleased to introduce the Common Audit Log in Public Preview, a new way to view audit activity through a consistent event format and shared experience across N-able products.
Use the Common Audit Log to investigate changes, review user activity, and maintain a centralized audit trail across supported N-able services.
Audit information has historically lived inside each individual product, in its own format. The Common Audit Log begins to bring that history together into one view, with a shared event structure that reads the same regardless of which product generated the activity. This will also include a central integration point for all logs into third party systems.
What’s New
- A unified audit view covering activity across the N-able platform, in one place
- A consistent time-stamped event record for every entry — who performed the action, what they did, what it affected, and when
- Search and filtering so you can narrow to a specific user, action type, or time range
- Exposure via GraphQL to support queries & third party integrations
Availability
The Common Audit Log is available now to all Ecoverse users customers.
This first release covers Ecoverse events only. Activity originating in other N-able products is not yet included.
What’s Next
This release establishes the foundation for a unified audit experience across the N-able platform.
We’ll continue expanding Common Audit Log coverage in future releases, bringing activity from additional N-able products into a single view.
