Release Take Control – Standalone Mac Agent 6.00.73

This release includes important stability and connectivity fixes for the Take Control Mac Agent.

Fixes

  • Fixed issues that could cause connections to macOS devices to fail, get stuck in a loop, or disconnect unexpectedly.
  • Fixed an issue on the Lock Computer action.
  • Fixed a copy and paste issue during sessions from Mac Viewer to Windows devices.
  • Fixed an issue where the Request Logs command failed to upload some agent details.
  • Fixed an issue where the agent installer would not accept the PIN code generated from the Take Control console.
  • Fixed an issue that caused the automatic update process to fail.
