Release Take Control – Integrated Windows Agent 7.50.27

This release focuses on stability, reliability, and improved integration with N-central.

Improvements

  • Improved Request Session Approval popup behavior to ensure permission prompts are shown and handled correctly.
  • Enhanced heartbeat handling to N-central by moving heartbeats into the agent service, improving reliability and consistency.
  • Improved system information reporting used by Remote Background Management (RBM), including Windows update status visibility.

Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where restart in safe mode was not working correctly when initiated through Take Control.
  • Resolved a bug that could cause multiple BASupSysinf processes to run simultaneously on the same system.
  • Fixed an issue where MultiString registry keys were not displayed correctly in the Remote Registry view.

No new features were introduced in this release. This update is focused on correctness, stability, and improved operational behavior for Integrated environments.
