Starting January 25, 2026, Live Chat support will move to N-ableMe with a refreshed look and feel. We’ve upgraded the technology behind the scenes to make it more reliable, secure, and efficient – so you can get help faster and with fewer interruptions. You’ll also gain the ability to chat on existing open cases, giving you more flexibility when working with our support team.
To continue accessing Live Chat after the change, you’ll be guided to the new chat experience.
- To access Live Chat from within Passportal, you’ll need to log in using Single Sign-On (SSO). This ensures a seamless redirect to N-ableMe for your support session.
- If you don’t have SSO enabled, the next time you log in to Passportal to submit a ticket, you’ll be prompted to set it up and sign up for an N-ableMe account. This will allow you to log in to N-ableMe from within Passportal and continue to submit tickets seamlessly.
