We are pleased to announce new enhancements to the Archive Export module with the option to resend the download link notification. Additionally, we’ve integrated the audit API requests page in the navigation panel at the Admin level.

Over the next two weeks, we will be enabling the following options:

Resend Archive Export Notification at Admin Level

Archiving > Export status page has been enhanced with the option to resend the email notification, containing the download link for the completed export requests.

In case the download of the exported archived messages is not completed within the 7 days’ timeframe, the Resend notification action allows the access to the previous exports, saving the time needed to reinitiate the process.

Export Status and Resend Notification at Domain and Email User Level

Domain users and email users have the possibility to view the export status and to resend the email notification from the Archiving > Search – incoming and Archiving > Search – outgoing pages.

New button View archive exports has been added, aimed to show the main information related to the export requests initiated at domain or email user level.

The information regarding status, progress, email notification recipient, release time as well as the Resend button have been added for the export requests initiated in the last 30 days.

API Logs Page in the Navigation Panel

Development > API Logs page has been added in the navigation panel for an easy access to the API requests, aimed to serve for auditing purposes or for attempting to debug a problem.

The default query rules have been enhanced with the Timestamp condition to retrieve the data from the previous month with the possibility to change as needed.

Note: The logs available through this page are from December 2021 to the present.

Enhance the Identity Locking Rules Configuration

Outgoing – Protection > Identity locking rules page has been enhanced with the option to import the locking rules, aimed to save the time needed to configure such a rule for a high number of identities.
