Risk Intelligence 10.0

We’re pleased to announce an upcoming release for N-able Risk Intelligence, scheduled for delivery starting from Tuesday, March 4, 2025. 
We’ve added the option to exclude specific paths from being scanned and addressed multiple customer issues in this release.

Bug fixes:

  • RI-2615 – Issues with file exclusions when multiple pages are involved
  • RI-2442 – Devices duplicated due to multiple MAC addresses

Release Schedule:

  • N-able Risk Intelligence (standalone) Europe – Tuesday, March 4, 2025, between 09:00 and 10:00 UTC
  • N-able Risk Intelligence (standalone) APAC and US – Wednesday, March 5, 2025, between 09:00 and 10:00 UTC
  • N-able Risk Intelligence (integrated into N-sight RMM) all regions – Thursday March 6, 2025, between 09:00 and 10:00 UTC

We don’t expect any downtime or any impact on service performance.
