Windows Agent (Integrated and Standalone) 7.50.20

  • On the new Take Control Windows Agent version 7.50.20, we released the final changes to resolve the issue with Windows Defender. This update ensures improved stability and performance for remote sessions.

Mac Agent (Integrated) 6.00.68

MacOS Compatibility Enhancements

  • Fixed a bug on macOS Sequoia where the screen background remained blue after disconnecting.
  • Resolved issues on macOS 11 related to new Persistent Content Capture entitlement.

Mac Agent (Standalone) 6.00.68

Improved Installer Flow

  • Uniformization of Mac Applets and Agents with Windows behavior. Previously, Mac components relied solely on PIN code validation, which caused premature PIN expiration. Now, the process is aligned with the Windows installer.

Enhanced Backend Handling

  • Fixed display issues for pending requests with special characters (e.g., accented letters).
