N-able will be introducing the new Vigilance module within the EDR consoles starting December 10^th. This update will allow you to: 

• Easily configure your Escalation Contacts 

• Set up your Response Policy 

• Manage which sites use Vigilance 

• View your coverage 

All these features will be accessible directly within the console. 

Starting with ‘Edit Sites’ or ‘Creating a new Site’ giving you the ability to add/remove Vigilance from your sites.  

Within the Incidents section of your console you will now have access to a new section titled ‘Threat Services’

Easily create or update your Escalation Contacts, these are set at your Account Level.

Edit your Vigilance Response Options – These can be configured at lower scopes as well.

Review your complete Vigilance Site coverage through  Settings  “Sites” page.

Want to increase your coverage?

If so, you’re in luck because the process just became so much easier. You can now easily expand or change your coverage to new sites and devices through your own actions within the console.
