Please be advised SentinelOne has identified an issue with the EDR Linux Agent Version 23.4.2 that can cause the agent to go offline during upgrade or downgrade processes. It is strongly recommend to avoiding upgrades to or downgrades from Linux Agent Version 23.4.2 GA and EA.

Please note that this issue does not impact customer workloads; it only affects the EDR agent.

Recommended Actions:

• For customers not yet running 24.3.2: Upgrade to Linux Agent Version 24.1 GA or later, as this upgrade path is unaffected.
• For customers currently running 23.4.2: SentinelOne will soon release a patch for Linux Agent Version 24.1 to ensure safe upgrades from 23.4.2.
