Passportal Release – SSO Migration Path

New feature – SSO Migration Path

We are excited to announce the ability for existing Passportal organizations to migrate to N-Able SSO. If you do not have an existing SSO account you will be prompted to register for one if your org chooses to migrate. If you have an existing SSO account if your org chooses to migrate you will be able to login with your existing N-Able SSO information

To migrate to N-Able SSO 

  1. Select Settings > General > Multi-Factor Authntication tab
  2. Click the Migration to N-able SSO button
  3. Read the Migration to N-able SSO dialog that appears

Have some functionally you want to see included, please let us know at our Ideas center,

We have released fixes for the following issues

  • Fixed an issue with Mobile app not being available for some versions
  • corrected an issue with some accounts being able to login with N-Able SSO prior to migration
