We’re pleased to let you know that we have just released a new Windows RC Agent, v10.13.7, which contains improvements to Take Control.

We encourage you to install the new RC Agent on your sandbox devices to test it out. We aim to upgrade the agent to be the new GA Agent soon so you are able to take full advantage of these latest enhancements.
