Please be advised we will be releasing an update for RMM EDR users on Tuesday April 13 for all regions. This update contains agent side enhancements for downloading as well as resolves a number of customer facing issues detailed below.

The following issues have now been resolved:

• Corrected an issue that may have some devices displaying EDR as active when it is set to off
• An issue resulting in the EDR tabs not successfully loading correctly has now been resolved
• Restored the ability to remove the EDRI Script Check
• An issue impacting the ability to perform actions on a device within EDR integration has now been resolved
• An issue causing some devices to result in ‘Takeover Failed’ has now been resolved
• An issue blocking some devices from installing successfully leaving them in a ‘Pending’ state has now been resolved
• An issue blocking some devices from installing successfully leaving them in a ‘Pending’ state has now been resolved
