In this update we’re very excited to reveal our embedded Flash Video player in the Take Control Admin area!

This means that you’ll now be able to review your cloud hosted recorded sessions immediately from within the Admin are itself:

This means you can immediately view your recorded sessions without using a third party tool.

The next update is one which we’re delighted to release: We’ve entirely overhauled the look and feel of our Android Applet:

This new Applet interface will give your clients a first-class in-person remote support experience because not only is it more intuitive to use, but we’ve doubled down on performance and stability.

Finally, we are happy to announce that we’re publishing updated Agents that have an upgraded look and feel.

Our Android Applets are live now in the Google Play store; our upgraded Agents will be rolling out World Wide this week; and we anticipate our upgraded Admin Area will launch in early June 2020.
