We’re happy to announce the availability today of SolarWinds® Backup 20.2, including several enhancements to our Office 365® data protection capabilities, and an improvement to the beta Recovery Testing capability.

Enhancements to Office 365 protection:

• Exchange backups are now up to three times faster than in previous versions.
• In the past, some customers accidentally added the same Office 365 tenant to Backup more than once, causing duplicate billing. With this release, this is no longer possible. If a domain is already protected, it cannot be added a second time. 

Enhancements to the Recovery Testing beta:

• In the first beta release, in some cases, the screenshot created as part of DR testing did not persist after a system restart or update. This has been fixed. The test virtual machine is still deleted, but the screenshot consistently remains available in reports.
• Customers can now add a server to the Recovery Testing plan via the device properties modification tab. 

This release also includes minor bug fixes and improvements across the entire product.
