We’re pleased to let you know that we’re rolling out a new Windows RC Agent, v10.9.5, with updates to the new Remote Background Management feature we released a few weeks ago. The new RC Agent is expected to be available in all territories by tomorrow.

In addition, Backup & Recovery agent has been upgraded to v19.3. This includes a bug fix to ensure that the restore option on the Backup tab in RMM’s south panel is fully functional.

We’re also pleased to announce that, hot on the heels of RMM’s recent UI update, the User Manual has also had a substantial makeover. The next time you consult the help file, you’ll be greeted by a cleaner layout with improved navigation, helping you find answers to your questions more quickly.
