MSP Manager will be publishing an update to our security certificates on our global infrastructure. The update will be deployed zone by zone to reduce impact and ensure consistent availability.

Deployment will start on Thursday July 26th at 6:00 am GMT with the Eastern US region and continue with Western US, and APAC. The total update window on Thursday July 26th is 7 hours.

On July 27th we will update the Western Europe region. This update will start at 5:30 am GMT with a total window of 4 hours.

As part of the update of each region we must restart the services resulting in an offline period no longer than 1 hour; During this time requests will be automatically redirected to the closest available zone by the traffic manager. This redirection seeks to ensure continued product availability throughout the entire update. During this period you may experience a minor and temporary degradation of performance returning to normal once the update is complete.
