We’re pleased to announce that the rollout of our new login system for MSP Manager customers. The new login adds greater consistency and security to our services. It also lays the groundwork for future enhancements such as single-sign-on between other SolarWinds MSP products.

Over the next two weeks we will be rolling out the new login system for the MSP Manager product in phases. If you run into any problems, please contact technical support and they will be happy to assist ASAP.

NOTE: This change will affect customers using MSP Manager as a standalone system as well as those who are integrated with N-central. Customers integrated with SolarWinds RMM are already using the new SSO system.

• When loging into MSP Manager after entering your username you will be redirected to https://sso.navigatorlogin.com/.. 

• As we move to the new login system, you’ll notice the login screens get a bit of a UI refresh. Here are a few example screenshots:

• For those who use other SolarWinds products that currently use the new SSO system (RMM, Risk Intelligence) your existing password and 2-Factor Authentication settings will be maintained. For all other accounts your existing MSP Manager Credentials will be maintained, and 2-Factor Authentication will be optional.
