After the latest VIPRE update, we had reports that some machines had not properly applied the registry key.  VIPRE has released a new definition update.  This new version is 63816.  Please ensure MAV-VIPRE machines have updated to definition version 63816 or higher, and rebooted.

Note to MAV-Bitdefender users:  We will start to release the Bitdefender update late this evening.  We will then continue to update our US region in the morning.  The Bitdefender update will be applied as a product update.  The Bitdefender engine version will be 5.3.34.789.  Your MAV engine version can be found within the Managed Antivirus Check (Bitdefender)  under “More Information”.  The engine version can also be found within the Managed Antivirus Protection report by ensuring the “Engine Version” column is added to the report.  The product will update automatically to the new version overtime as it checks into the servers.  The Bitdefender update, unlike VIPRE, will not require a reboot in order for the registry key to be applied.
