We’re pleased to confirm that the RMM update we announced last week is now available to customers in all of the European territories. We’ll shortly be updating the dashboard for customers in the US and Americas region as well, we’ll let you know as soon as it’s available.
As highlighted in the previous blog post, the release adds the ability to run Automated Tasks on Apple Macs for the first time in RMM, with the new macOS RC Agent v2.3.0 RC.
We’re also very pleased to include the RC of ‘Backup & Recovery Documents’, a brand new Backup solution designed for protecting key documents on employee workstations at literally the click of a button. The new backup feature allows you to restore documents quickly in the event of a ransomware attack or other emergency. To find out more about both enhancements, please check out last week’s post.
We also want to highlight that we’ve paused rolling out Windows Agent 10.6.0 to GA, after discovering an issue related to the Antivirus Update Check for ‘Kaspersky Anti-Virus’. We expect to provide an updated GA Agent in the coming days to resolve the issue.
