We will be performing an upgrade to our Cloud Service and Management Server hardware on Tuesday, 27 June.
The work will affect the availability of the Web-based Backup & Disaster Recovery Console as well as the legacy Cloud Management Console (CMC) for the standalone edition of MSP Backup & Recovery as well as the version of MSP Backup & Recovery integrated with SolarWinds MSP N-Central, for a maximum of 2 hours between 03:00 AM and 05:00 AM GMT time.
Backups on end-point devices will continue working as normal and are not affected by this maintenance.
The sending of daily dashboard emails for affected Partners will be delayed anbd performed after the hardware upgrade.
The version of Backup & Recovery integrated with MSP Remote Management is not affected.
