MSP Service Desk – Performance issues – EMEA region: Resolved

Further to the post earlier today, we’re pleased to confirm that the performance issue affecting Service Desk in the EMEA region has been resolved. We’re working to understand the cause of the issue and will take remedial steps to avoid this from happening again in the future. Our apologies for any issues it may have caused you.
