We’re planning to perform database maintenance to MSP Remote Monitoring & Management on Wednesday, 24th May. The work will affect RMM Dashboard access and services in the European region, specifically in France, Benelux, Ireland and Eastern Europe. Germany, the UK, and other territories are not affected. As is our normal practice, the work will be performed out of office hours to minimise disruption.

The maintenance schedule is as follows:

• Europe – 10:00pm to 11:00pm CET

During this time, the Dashboard is expected to be unavailable in the stated European territories for up to one hour. The Dashboard will be accessible as normal in all other territories.

Services on end-point devices, including Managed Antivirus, Patch Management, Backup & Recovery and Web Protection, are not affected and will continue to perform as normal during these periods.
