11:15AM Pacific / 7:15PM GMT – A large cloud storage service used by our system for the storage of some message data, is currently experiencing an outage which is causing errors in communication between our systems, and their network.  This may have the effect of delaying some filtering traffic and SMTP journaling messages sent through our North American infrastructure.

We are in communication with our vendor about this matter, and we have also deployed a workaround which will ensure that new mail traffic is unaffected by these delays moving forward.  We will post further updates here as they become available.
