RESOLVED – MSP Mail: Connection problems to EU load balancer

11:00AM Pacific / 7:00 PM UTC – The Operations team has made some adjustment to load balancing in our EU infrastructure, and load on those systems has been stable for some time.  We are continuing to monitor, but the previously reported connectivity issues delaying some messages for EMEA customers should now be resolved.

Note that though no new messages should be delayed, it may take a few minutes for messages already deferred by this issue to be redelivered by senders’ email servers.
