MSP RMM:  Managed Antivirus (Bitdefender) – new installation failures – RESOLVED

Posted on January 26, 2017 by brianmackie

Further to our previous post, the intermittent download failures for new Bitdefender installations have now been resolved.  Installations that were attempted earlier should try to re-download the engine and self-heal.  For faster resolution on machines in this state, you can turn Managed Antivirus off on the device and then turn it back on.  We greatly apologize for this inconvenience.
