MAX RM: Intermittent Access to RBM feature – RESOLVED

Further to the recent post, full service of the Remote Background Management (RBM) feature has been restored. All Dashboard and ControlNow services are now working as normal. We’re working with our datacenter partner to understand the issue and how this can be avoided in the future.
