1:15PM Pacific –- The engineering team is currently troubleshooting an issue with the indexing cluster in North America that is used for the MailArchive search function. All messages are being stored within the archive normally, but customers using the North American infrastructure may be temporarily unable to conduct searches. We will post updates here as work progresses.
