Introducing a new systems maintenance schedule for MAX RemoteManagement:
As part of our continued investment to support growth, we will be implementing a new monthly maintenance window to perform essential systems maintenance and to pro-actively manage ongoing capacity expansion.
The maintenance windows will be set for the same time and day each month, and they will occur outside of standard office hours in each region (defined below). In the week prior to the planned maintenance we will communicate the nature of the activity and whether there is any expected impact on our products and services. We will always aim to avoid service disruption where possible, and to keep any impact to a minimum.
Second Saturday of each month – 4 hour block per region. Times are in local time zone. The first planned maintenance window will be September 12th.
- Territory Europe – 9:00pm to 1:00am BST
- Territory North/South America – 2:00am to 6:00am ET
- Territory Asia Pacific – 9:00pm to 1:00am AEST
Please note that the new systems maintenance schedule does not affect or replace the MAX RM feature releases, which will continue on their current biweekly Wednesday schedule.
