10:45am Pacific — The engineering team is continuing to investigate the slow message processing at the California datacenter but has not identified the source of the issue.  While continuing efforts to identify a potential culprit, we are preparing to begin moving message traffic.  Meanwhile, message processing at other datacenters is unaffected.
