Hi Everyone,

I would like to announce details of a maintenance window on our US instance in the early hours of tomorrow morning, Friday 13th June, at the following times:

9am – 11pm UTC
5am – 7am Eastern
4am – 6am Central
2am – 4am Pacific

The purpose of this maintenance window is to bring online a new, dedicated storage infrastructure for Managed Antivirus data that we hope will alleviate the recent performance problems that have been observed.

There may be some intermittent interruption to Dashboard access during the maintenance window. We will post on this blog when it is complete and normal operation has been restored.
