Global TeamViewer interruption (resolved)

Dear customers,

we are aware of a service interruption at TeamViewer affecting Take Control connections from dashboards globally. Unfortunately, there is no ETA for a fix at this time, but the problem is being worked on. Relevant updates to follow as they arrive.

Update 15:15 UTC: We have at this point confirmed that the issue is resolved.
