11:00 AM Pacific — In the last 30 minutes, one of the database clusters has experienced a hardware failure.  While the database functionality failed over properly to other database clusters, there were a few time periods in which the cluster was intermittently accessible, causing some attempts at releases from quarantine to initially be deferred.  We believe this has been corrected and are in the process of validating now.
