The problem affecting the availability of the Dashboard via the primary URLs for customers in North America has now been resolved.
We are still investigating the exact cause of the problem and will take any remedial action necessary to minimize the risk of such a problem occurring again.
The processing of agent uploads and sending of alerts were not impacted by this problem.
