GFI MAX RemoteManagement – US Instance – Dashboard Availability

Hi Everyone,

We are currently experiencing a problem affecting the availability of the Dashboard via the primary URLs for customers in North America. We are investigating this along with staff at our data centre. In the meantime, please use the secondary URL below:

If you normally access the Dashboard via a customised URL and have a CNAME record of the form pointing to the above URL, then you may use this also.

This problem would appear to be limited to the Dashboard only and there would not appear to be any disruption to processing of agent uploads or sending of alerts.
