The newest capabilities in N-sight RMM™ now live under the Ecoverse navigation area, making them easier to discover and access. By putting them in a predictable location, the tools your technicians use to monitor environments, remediate endpoint risk, and apply AI to daily work are always one click away. 

New Ecoverse capabilities arrive regularly, and a dedicated menu means your team sees them the day they land rather than months later. Everything you do today still works the same way. What changes is how fast the latest capabilities reach the people who benefit from them. 

What’s Changing 

A dedicated Ecoverse menu 

Ecoverse sits at the top of the N-sight navigation, grouping modern capabilities under four clear headings. Each heading answers a different question a technician asks during the day. 

Views: see the environment faster 

Views brings the monitoring and operational pages your team opens most into a single group, so getting to the screen that explains what is happening takes fewer clicks.

Endpoint Remediation: move from insight to action 

Endpoint Remediation groups the tools used to identify, prioritise, and resolve endpoint risk. Security Insights shows what needs attention, Patches and Vulnerabilities give technicians the means to close it, and all three now sit side by side.

Configuration: manage the setup in one place 

Policies, tag management, and audit activity are consolidated under Configuration, so administration work happens in one place rather than several.

AI capabilities are now organised under AI Management. Grouping them makes them easier to find, and easier to understand as part of the wider Ecoverse experience rather than as isolated features. 

One navigation model across products 

The structure aligns with the experience in N-central, so technicians who work across both products locate services the same way in each. New hires learn one navigation model, not two. 

Expanded or collapsed, your choice 

The expanded menu gives complete visibility of every available service. The collapsed view preserves screen space without removing access to any functionality. 

What’s Not Changing 

• All Devices remains the N-sight homepage. 

• This update is not a new landing page. 

• Existing menus, workflows, and day-to-day tasks stay as they are. 

• Your team can continue working exactly as they do today, with no disruption to existing processes.
