Expanded AI Service Detection Coverage and Improved Accuracy

N-central and N-sight now detect fourteen additional AI services in use across managed endpoints, alongside accuracy improvements to previously supported detections. Available now in Assets View for both N-central and N-sight.

New AI service detections

Assets View now identifies usage of the following:

  • M365 Copilot — Microsoft’s AI assistant embedded across Microsoft 365 apps
  • Grammarly — AI-assisted writing and editing
  • DeepSeek — general-purpose AI chat and model access
  • Grok / xAI — general-purpose AI chat and model access
  • Otter.ai — AI meeting transcription and notetaking
  • Granola — AI meeting notetaking
  • DeepL — AI-powered translation
  • Sider.ai — AI browser assistant and chat
  • QuillBot — AI writing, paraphrasing, and grammar tools
  • Monica — AI browser assistant and chat
  • Glean — AI-powered enterprise search and knowledge assistant
  • Krisp — AI noise cancellation and meeting transcription
  • Fireflies.ai — AI meeting transcription and notetaking
  • Cline — AI coding agent
  • Devin — autonomous AI coding agent

Each is surfaced in Assets View alongside existing AI service detections, providing a more comprehensive view of AI tool usage across the environment.

Improved detection accuracy

Detection logic for existing AI services has also been refined to improve accuracy, reducing false positives and improving consistency in how AI usage is identified and reported.

A note on the pace of AI

AI services continue to evolve rapidly, and detection coverage will expand alongside them. We regularly add support for new AI tools and enhance existing detections to provide broader visibility across managed environments. If there’s an AI service you’d like to see included, let us know.
