Release Take Control – Windows Applet 7.50.29

This release includes general usability improvements and bug fixes.

Improvements

  • FIPS 140-3 compliant algorithms: updated cryptographic handling to use FIPS-approved cryptographic modules.

Fixes

  • Fixed UI issues affecting technician names and profile images in the applet popup.
  • Resolved translation and display issues in the in-session chat.
  • Fixed an issue where support requests using email addresses containing + were not accepted.
  • Corrected cases where the applet could display empty messages.
  • Fixed an issue where sessions could disappear from the Admin Area when the applet was run as administrator.
  • Improved display of agent and applet versions regardless of branding visibility.
  • Resolved image display issues during support request workflows.

No new features were introduced in this release.
